special. Ciara provides a range of flexible wedding co-ordination
services designed to help couples make the most of their wedding day.
She will co-ordinate as much or as little of the day as you
wish. While you and your family enjoy the occasion, she is there to
make sure everything goes according to plan down to the finest detail.
From finding you the perfect venue through to ensuring
the place settings are correct, Ciara will look after all details.
She recognises that your time is valuable and that you will want
to enjoy your day to the full, relaxed in the knowledge that everything
will happen as planned. The range of flexible wedding co-ordination
services is designed to give you this assurance.
The services offered may be broken down into
three general categories, however as each wedding is unique, the
actual level of detail varies from wedding to wedding and is dictated
by you, the client, in all cases. It is worth noting that if you
have something specific to your needs that you don't see covered
here please feel free to contact Ciara to discuss in more detail.
Complete co-ordination
This encompasses all aspects of the wedding for example venue searching, flowers, bridal wear, transportation, music, room décor, seating plans, guest accommodation. The list is endless! Following an initial consultation with Ciara, she will then generate an outline of all of the areas that you require assistance with and work through each item keeping you updated at all times. This typically involves a 9 - 12 month period of time and includes attendance by Ciara on the day of the wedding to ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to plan. |
'On The Day' co-ordination
This is a unique service offered where couples can hand over their wedding preparations to Ciara around 4 weeks before the wedding date. Ciara then manages the final arrangements on your behalf, working with your chosen suppliers and following your event plan. Ciara is then present on the day to ensure that all aspects run smoothly. |
Once-off co-ordination
Ciara is happy to co-ordinate a specific element of your wedding, for example a venue search, co-ordination of a theme, room décor, organisation of all travel arrangements for guests that may require it. Again the list is endless! |
